A major factor, and one that has defined Mega Milieu’s success as an intimidating competitor in the industry of urban developments, is the fact that the planning and design process was comprehensive and thorough. To make certain that no level of sprawl was introduced, the designers were careful to utilize the concept of smart growth. Mega Milieu is wholly friendly to the environment; a very large portion of the energy in our development is not dependent upon fossil fuels. Rather, it is dependent upon the sun, and the rainwater that fills the stormwater vessels placed throughout Mega Milieu. These vessels utilize water vapor and hydrogen to power fuel cells; the only byproducts of these fuel cells are water and energy.
